Since the establishment of our predecessor company (SHIONO SEISAKUSHO CO., LTD.) in 1960, we have been engaged in machining in general, being especially good at very-difficult-to-process and high-quality machining. We provide machining of general machines by our skilled technicians capable of very high level of machining and machining of complex forms regardless of whether it may be 2 dimensional or 3 dimensional with high performance machining centers. Besides, we have broad experiences of machining stainless-steel, titanium alloys, nickel base alloys, etc. as well as aluminum. We have acquired the qualifications based on JISQ9100: 2009 and ISO9001: 2008.

žWe are good at machining very difficult-to-cut parts. 
žA wide variety of materials such as aluminum, stainless-steel, nickel base alloys etc. are dealt with.  
žHighly-skilled operators are employed in our general-purpose machine section, capable of performing stable machining of high quality parts.
žOur facilities are made available for both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional CAD data. Three units of 3-dimensional measuring instruments are available. Attachment of data is enabled as well.

Passing this strict inspection has resulted in an acquisition and accumulation of broad and reliable experiences.
Our company has been engaged in machining of equipment for aircraft engine fueling system, aircraft body and space development, and equipment mounted on artificial satellites. We try to manufacture parts with higher precision by participating in the process from the development stage.
